What does Catch actually do?

What happens when someone replies to the auto-text?
The conversation shows up in your Echelon dashboard like a normal text thread. Most homeowners will tell you exactly what they need. You reply when you're off the roof, and one tap turns the conversation into a quote draft with their info pre-filled.
Will it text people in the middle of the night?
No. You set your business hours, and outside them the call is still logged but no text fires. Nobody gets an auto-text at 2am on a Sunday.
Can I change what the text says?
Yes. The default message is friendly and professional, and you can edit it once in Settings. It supports variables for the caller's name and your business name.
Do I need a new phone number?
Catch provisions a business number for you in about 30 seconds, voice and SMS capable, with a local area code. Your personal number stays personal.
