What is Render exactly?
Render is an AI visual estimator that shows the customer the finished job before you start. Type the address, tap the surface you're quoting, pick from your trade's presets, and Render generates 3 to 4 finished looks in about 30 seconds, right on your phone.
What photos work best?
Usually you don't need any. Render pulls the property image from Google Street View automatically when you type the address. It works best on work that's visible from the street: front-facing roofs, siding, lawns, driveways, and front yards.
How accurate are the renders?
They're sales visuals, not blueprints. Render shows realistic color and material options from real preset libraries: shingle colors, paint shades, deck materials, turf. It's built to answer the one question every homeowner has, which is what it will actually look like.
