How does Reviews work?
Every time you send an invoice, Echelon automatically sends the customer a review request by text, with email as a fallback. One tap takes them to your Google review form, and the same page offers a private feedback line if they'd rather tell you directly. No login, no app.
What if I get a bad review?
Every customer gets the private feedback line alongside the Google ask, so an unhappy one can reach you directly and you can make it right before they move on. You still see the complaint first, but anyone is free to post publicly. It can't remove reviews already on Google.
Do I have to ask customers myself?
No. The request fires automatically when the invoice goes out, which is the moment the job is freshest in the customer's mind. No awkward asking in person, no remembering to follow up.
Will customers get spammed with requests?
No. Reviews sends one request per invoice, even if you re-send the invoice. Nobody gets duplicate texts.
